The festive season is fast approaching. We understand this time of the year can bring joy and challenges for different people, and we want to be there to support you in the best possible way. During the holiday period, our Helpline will operate with adjusted hours as below:

  • 24 December – 9am to 5pm
  • 25 December – Closed
  • 26 December – Closed
  • 29 December – 9am to 5pm
  • 30 December – 9am to 5pm
  • 31 December – 9am to 5pm
  • 01 January – Closed

If you need anything outside of these hours, please visit our website for resources and information, or leave a message on 0300 0110 122 or email us at helpline@pspassociation.org.uk. Our team will respond as soon as possible once the Helpline reopens.
