BECOME A VOLUNTEER SUPPORT GROUP COORDINATOR

Help to connect families living with PSP & CBD in your area by donating four hours a month as a PSPA Support Group Coordinator.

Location: In your area

Time Commitment: Four hours each month

As a Volunteer Support Group Coordinator, you will be organise regular monthly meetings, to help bring together families affected by PSP & CBD in your area.

You will also welcome and introduce all members and arrange any activity, outings or speakers you would like to include as part of the meeting.

WHY VOLUNTEER SUPPORT GROUP COORDINATORS ARE NEEDED

As rare diseases which are often unheard of, receiving a diagnosis of PSP or CBD can feel very isolating.

PSPA Support Groups, help to connect families affected by PSP & CBD and provide a safe and understanding environment to chat, share experiences, information and build friendships.

We are currently looking for Support Group Coordinators to set up groups in the following areas: Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Cumbria, North Oxfordshire, North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.

Training is provided and you will also have access to all PSPA publications and resources to enable you to signpost to other organisations and services.
