We are excited to begin a collaboration with Neuro Heroes this April as part of our Mind, Body, Soul project.
Neuro Heroes is an online Neuro gym, providing live exercise sessions over Zoom run by Specialist Neuro Physiotherapists.
From late April/May Neuro Heroes will offer one CBD class and one PSP class a week, for anyone who lives with either of the conditions and is registered with PSPA.
The sessions aim to educate and demonstrate the importance of exercise and being active to help manage common symptoms people experience with PSP & CBD.
Each participant will be entitled to eight sessions initially, however, you can access ongoing classes as availability allows.
To sign up, you will need to complete an assessment form, which you can find here, which the Neuro Heroes team will review and then provide details to sign up for the classes.
