INFORMATION AND SUPPORT

The PSPA Helpline is a great first port of call following a diagnosis of PSP & CBD, providing someone for you to talk to, signposting you to information, and helping you understand the support available to you.

CONNECTING WITH OTHERS

Being diagnosed with a little-known condition can feel isolating. But attending our regional PSP & CBD Support Groups can make a huge difference. Although PSP & CBD can progress in very individual ways, connecting with others living similar experiences can help you feel less alone.

SUPPORTING DAILY LIFE

The progression of PSP & CBD can vary from person to person. But our friendly Helpline Care Navigator team is trained to provide the best support and information for you to manage your symptoms and live the best life possible with the conditions, no matter how they progress.

Whatever stage you are at, PSPA is here to help you feel supported, informed and connected throughout your journey.
