We are pleased to have developed a series of ‘Ask the expert’ webinars with members of the multidisciplinary team from the Atypical Parkinson’s clinic at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow.
The six webinars answer questions which were sent into the PSPA Helpline from people living with PSP & CBD, carers, family members and health and social care professionals.
Although the webinars may be useful for everyone affected by PSP & CBD, the main aim was to help educate other healthcare professionals working in Scotland, about how best to support people living with the conditions.
The webinars cover a wide range of topics, including what the conditions are, how they can impact on daily living, how speech and swallowing might be affected, and the decisions and choices people may have to make around care.
