BECOME A MICRO VOLUNTEER
As a PSPA Micro Volunteer you can help the charity achieve its goals by providing support for a specific project or event.
LOCATION: Dependent on the event or project you are supporting
If you want to volunteer but can only commit short burst of time, our Micro Volunteer role could be perfect for you.
Your skills and experience can help provide vital support to a project or event, volunteering time as a one-off or ongoing, when needed.
WHY MICRO VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED
Having a small staff team means that support from Micro Volunteers can give a much-needed boost to a project or event.
The support you provide can be a one-off day or ongoing support, dipping in and out of different events and projects.
As a PSPA Micro Volunteer, you could get involved in a variety of ways:
- Cheer Point Helper – Cheering on PSPA fundraisers at events like the London Marathon, Great North Run or RideLondon 100.
- Community Champion – Representing PSPA at community fundraising events — talking about our services, collecting donations and raising awareness.
- Events – Helping at events such as Family and Friends Day or Volunteer Development Day.
- Using your skills and knowledge to help shape a new campaign or resource.
- Sharing your views as part of a focus group
