John brings a breadth of financial services experience which has included: 10 years working as a Chartered Accountant for PwC; two years working in a small financial consulting business; and 17 years working at NatWest Group.
His most recent senior leadership role was running NatWest’s Corporate Banking business for London and South East. He continues to work with a range of owner-managed businesses. In addition to the Board of Trustees, John also joins the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.
John’s happiest when he’s in the hills – whether walking, skiing, running or cycling! In late 2021 he cycled from Lands End to John o’Groats to raise money for PSPA who had been supporting his family. John’s father (Barry) died of PSP in early 2022. John is delighted to become a Trustee, hoping to help the charity’s growth – to drive more research and to support more families like his own who so appreciated the help.
