WHY BEFRIENDING VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED

Living with a diagnosis of PSP or CBD is life-changing and at times families may need support to help them through the difficult times.

Our PSPA Befriending Volunteer Service aims to help reduce isolation and provide much-needed emotional support and information.

As a Befriending Volunteer, you’ll offer companionship, understanding, and a listening ear to those who need it most. Your time and compassion can make a real difference to people who may be feeling isolated, adjusting to a new diagnosis, or going through a time of crisis

Training is provided and you will also have access to all PSPA publications and resources to enable you to signpost to other organisations and services.
