I took over the County Durham Support Group in March 2017 .

My dad had PSP and I was his carer. Sadly, Dad died in April 2020 and our experience inspired me to continue to support PSPA to help others and raise funds for a cure.

The Support Group started with around 15 members, but now we have between 25 and 30 people attending meetings, and the number is still rising.

We also have a members’ WhatsApp group where we share PSPA  updates, birthdays and support messages any time of the day. We are a close group.
