2026 Three Counties Cycle Ride (3CCR)

Welcome to the Three Counties Cycle Ride also known as 3CCR
A fun cycling day for families and friends!

Th Three Counties Cycle Ride welcomes all types of bicycles, tricycles, recumbents, tandems, e-bikes, etc. As long as they are road worthy and street legal you are welcome to use your cycle on one of the three routes.

On offer are 15, 34 and 52 mile routes through the picturesque countryside’s of Berkshire – Oxfordshire – Buckinghamshire. All routes are well signed and marshalled. The start and finish of all three routes is from Garth Hill College in Bracknell, Berkshire, RG42 2AD.

How do you sign up?

Visit //3ccr.org/ to register from 1st February 2026

  • On-line pre-registration, for those aged 18 or over on the day of the event, is £20.00 and for the under 18 riders just £1.00!
    • For the 18 & over riders registering in February, you will receive a 20% discount.
    • 18 & over riders receive a 10% discount if registering in March.
  • On the day entrance fee is £25.00 for 18 or over riders, and £1.00 for under 18.

Once you’ve secured your place… Welcome to #TeamPSPA

You can visit www.justgiving.com/psp to create your fundraising page. Use your page to tell your own personal story, personalise it with photos, let all your potential supporters know why you are doing this challenge, , who may have inspired you, and the realities of PSP or CBD. Connect Strava if you use it so it will push training updates to your page, and update your page often, using it almost like a blog – this gives you a good excuse to share it around again, and it gives your supporters a reason to want to check in on your progress. Set a target, and don’t be afraid to raise that when you come close to achieving it. The number one reason people don’t give, is because they weren’t asked.

All cyclists pledging to raise at least £150 for PSPA are eligible for a PSPA cycling shirt to wear on race day – also great to wear it for training rides to as it gives you the opportunity to talk about what you are doing AND why.
