Join #TeamPSPA
The TCS London Marathon is one of the world’s most famous and iconic running events. Honour someone special by raising funds and awareness for PSP or CBD. Be swept away in the extraordinary atmosphere, and revel in the feeling of triumph when you cross the finish line cheered on by thousands.
Applications now open for our 2026 London Marathon Charity places!
Please note that while we are accepting early applications, these will not be reviewed, nor places allocated, until after the 2025 race. However, we will let you know your application has been received, and when you can expect to hear the result.
Enter the ballot!
The ballot typically opens Marathon weekend and closes 7 days later. Please keep your eyes on www.londonmarathonevents.co.uk/london-marathon and enter when it opens! If you are selected for a charity place, and then also successful in the ballot, you can accept the ballot place knowing you will receive the same level of support from us. We can then re-assign your charity place to another runner ensuring we grow our team as big as possible!
All our Marathon fundraisers will receive support where needed, including an exclusive WhatsApp group, where current and past PSPA runners can come together to support, inspire and mentor you. We will provide you with a PSPA running top and a charity t-shirt to help you raise awareness and promote your challenge. Additional promotional materials such as sponsor forms, PSPA balloons, flags, clappers, fact cards and leaflets are available on request.
Got your own place?
Use your place to raise funds for PSPA and you’ll receive the same support as our charity place runners including a running top and t-shirt. The biggest difference is you get to set your own fundraising target! Let us know you have a place already and we’ll send you links for setting up your fundraising page and joining our WhatsApp chat.
PSPA Charity places in the 2026 TCS London Marathon are limited. We ask our runners to raise a minimum of £2,500 excluding Gift Aid. £1,000 should be raised before 31 January 2026. This figure helps us fund our fight against PSP & CBD, improve the quality of life for those with the condition, support carers and health and social care professionals, and to educate and raise awareness.
Entry cost of £100 within 30 days of offer of place. All Marathon fundraising to be completed by 30 June 2026.
