Thomas Whittle joined the Board of Trustees in January 2025, having lost his father (Ian) to PSP in 2014. In addition to the Board of Trustees, Thomas also joins the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.
Thomas is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience working for FTSE100 consumer goods companies in various progressive Finance roles, and will provide financial and leadership experience to support the charity in meeting its objectives.
PSPA is the only UK charity dedicated to creating a better future for people living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD). We work to ensure the 10,000 people living with PSP or CBD receive support and care that is co-ordinated, has continuity and is compassionate. We rely entirely on voluntary donations.
