Kick start your New Year fitness regime by challenging yourself to a London Winter Walk for PSPA!
Suitable for all fitness levels and for families too, you can choose the distance you want to challenge yourself to, including Full Marathon, Half Marathon an 10km options.
The walks start and finish at The Oval Cricket Ground on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 January 2026.
Highlights of the event include Thames, its historic bridges, and many of the Capital’s key landmarks. On route there are plenty of rest stops with snacks, and a special medal and hot food at the finish!
Whether it’s to enjoy an active day out with family, friends or colleagues, to celebrate or honour someone close – or a start to a New Year fitness regime – there’s a London Winter Walk for you! Join as an individual or as a team, and raise funds to help PSPA improve diagnosis of PSP & CBD, along the way.
Choose your challenge and set yourself up for an active New Year!
• The Full Marathon – 42km figure of eight starting and finishing at the Oval Cricket Ground
• The Half Marathon – 21km East or West loop past Tower Bridge to Southwark Park
• The 10km Challenge – 10km the Thames loop, start and finish at the Oval Cricket Ground
